I want to follow a Low-Calorie Diet. How many calories per day should I take?


Men should consume around 1,100 calories per day, while women should consume around 800 calories per day. These numbers don't apply on pregnant women or individuals with chronic diseases, such as; diabetes or hypertension. Therefore, you should watch out.
